The Kinnser Community: Post-Acute Care’s Largest User Base

by Blair Stokes

Got a question about using Kinnser? Chances are, another Kinnser user has had the same question, or better yet, can answer your question. For years, Kinnser’s online user forum has connected users to a wide network of knowledgeable peers. Now we’ve improved the quality of that experience for all of our users.

Introducing our new discussion forum, the Kinnser Community — a place exclusively for users to help fellow users. All Kinnser users have access to the Kinnser Community, where users can now:

  • Interact with the largest user base in post-acute care to ask questions, solve problems, network, and learn
  • Find information faster than ever before by using the new search box, tags, and discussion categories instead of scrolling through a list of topics
  • Have a richer social experience with new features, including adding a custom profile image; reacting to others’ posts; and earning points, badges, and ranks for contributed content

To access the Kinnser Community, log in at, select “Help” in the main navigation bar, then click “Discussion Forum.”           The new Kinnser Community user discussion forum.
