Kinnser has been recognized by the Austin American-Statesman as one of the “Top Workplaces of Greater Austin.”

Employee Surveys Note High Satisfaction, Ethics, Values, Leadership

November 19, 2012 – AUSTIN, TEXAS

Kinnser Software, Inc., an Austin-based software company delivering clinical and business solutions to home health care agencies, has been recognized by the Austin American-Statesman daily newspaper as one of the “Top Workplaces of Greater Austin.”

"I’ve always believed that happy employees deliver the best customer service," says Chris Hester, Kinnser Software’s founder and president. "Our employees are proud of the fact that they provide great software and support to our customers, who in turn provide great health care to their patients."

The Top Workplaces of Greater Austin project honors 85 Central Texas employers scoring exceptionally high marks for overall employee satisfaction. The surveys were conducted by WorkplaceDynamics LLP, an Exton, Pennsylvania, based company with expertise in employee engagement surveys, which partnered with the Statesman on this project. The survey asked workers to rate their employers on issues such as leadership and direction, ethics and values, compensation and professional camaraderie.

For the past two years Kinnser has made Inc. Magazine’s list of the top 500 fastest-growing privately held companies.  Earlier in 2012, the company was named to the Austin Business Journal’s “Fast 50” group of high growth companies in Central Texas. In 2013, Kinnser Software will celebrate its 10th anniversary as an industry leader in both innovative web-based home health software and world-class customer support.
